We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Architect to join our team of experts in green building design and
construction. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to provide sustainability consulting and
analysis for a wide range of building projects. Role would also include work related to advancing SD+
platform’s features with simulations and other advanced analysis. To learn more about the us, check out

Details:
Location: Hybrid work, based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing team activities and supporting the team in analyzing sustainability parameters
• Managing Client interactions
• Collaborate with the architectural/ MEP team to integrate sustainable design strategies into building
projects.
• Conducting sustainability assessments for water, carbon, daylight, shadow & energy.
• Documentation work for Green Building certification.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as architecture, civil engineering or construction with
Masters in Sustainability
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sustainability analysis for buildings.
• Experience in simulation tools like eQuest, Revit, Rhino, Ladybug Tools, etc.
• Experience in IGBC, LEED, GRIHA or other green building certifications is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building design and construction principles including sustainability best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Should be self motivated to work proactively, both independently and part of a team.
