Karthik Ponnapa
Cofounder and Principal
Karthik works at the intersection of on-ground implementation and evidence-based policy intervention. His expertise in policy and implementation is critical in driving the company's sustainability efforts.
Jaya Narula
Lead Architect
Jaya leads the design implementation for all of Smarter Dharma's infrastructure and construction projects. She works with design teams to create energy-efficient, water-conserving spaces using passive building techniques and materials.
Rishab Arora
Lead Developer
Rishabh leads the software engineering team at Smarter Dharma and has spent a decade in product development in ProAudio, IoT, and Telecom. His experience and leadership skills are essential in ensuring that the team delivers quality products.
Ifthikar Javed
Finance and Technology Head
